I am not sure about L.A.P.D If they can not find Donna they should let Texas Equu search get involve. I imagine this is very frustrating for the family.

Did LE think to start looking where they found their first clue? Maybe once they check there it will get the ball rolling and TES can finally come and help look for Donna.

Have you thought about hiring a private detective? I am aware of many cases where the private investigator has been able to help a lot where the local athoriries fell short.

Okay..this is probably a far fetch...but I just watched Dr Phil which I had previously taped and saw Donna on there. Immediately I thought she looked familiar. Just now when I came to look up her website I put it together.....when I sign on to check my email....MATCH.COM comes up and the girl on the advertizement for them could pass as her twin. Someone should check it out. I am in Cramerton North Carolina. My prayers are with Donna and her family.

The search should be in Santiago Canyon, the road leading to Donna Jou's family. If Burgess had an accomplice, she could be alive and hostage in BlackStar, Silverado, Modjeska, or Trabuco-all offshoots of the Santiago Canyon Rd.
If investigators conducted an Analysis of Competitive Hypothesis (ACH. am intelligence matrix created by the CIA, eliminating each hypothesis that are inconsistent with evidence, a most probable hypothesis could jump start this "cold case". If God forbid, she is dead, then the family needs closure to grieve. The phrase, "Bring Donna Home" needs to be fulfilled, be she alive or deceased.

I would be willing to condut the ACH, which is a laborious process, free, to the family, if provided with inforation from the family, bloggers, news articles, and the like. Perhaps Burgess would share what he knows in exchange for protection, if his role was only that of an accomplice.

I've begun the matrix, but need encouragement. My readings suggest that Burgess, although quilty of several crimes, may not be capable of rape murder. I was shocked to read that his "sex offense with a minor", according to one writing, consisted of fondlint the KNEE of a 14 year old and suggesting "she could have a better life." The same article stated that Burgess pleaded quilty to expedite his time in jail. Many other anamolies exist that indicate he may not have been the last one who knows her fate.

Any information sent to me will untimatley fill out the matrix, which will be offered to OCPD/Jou family.
